Description

The successful candidate will be an integral member of Corporate Services Project Team that works closely with the Project Manager, operational teams and contacts in the business to ensure all business requirements are fully documented and configured in Coupa system as expected. This person will also be the onsite Coupa technical expert that the team can look to suggest best practices in Coupa and provide guidance on the full system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review current Coupa configuration and technical design documents, list gaps/concerns
  • Provide guidance on Coupa best practices and system capabilities
  • Document and design future CI items
  • Work closely with PM to drive SIT & UAT and performance testing ensuring all requirements and risk areas are tested in full
  • Document end to end process flows for all areas of Coupa process
  • Review all training and update all training materials created to date
  • Provide guidance and training to Coupa Admin team on system set up and how to support queries
  • Work as part of the global project team on all aspects of the project with CS project manager
  • Work with PM on deployment activities and post production activities.
  • Analysing incoming tickets, documenting common issues and tracking progress.

Experience Required

  • Proven min 10 years of Coupa deployment experience and technical implementation experience
  • Proven min 5 years' experience of Finance shared services
  • Extensive knowledge of the P2P end to end process
  • Knowledge of ERP/systems (prefer SAP/JDE)
  • Data conversion experience (Microsoft Excel, Access)

Preferred:

  • Certified in Coupa
  • Part or fully Qualified accountant
