Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and administrative support for our clients Payment Gateway Services Germany and assisting the Financial Manager in all other related matters.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
Accounting and Financial Controls, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management/Treasury, Tax
Reviewing and updating accounts in Oracle Financials - Assisting Deloitte with Month End Close activities - Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations - Perform a monthly analysis of the creditors and accruals - Liaising with external auditors and provision of requested audit support
Experience/Knowledge Required
- Relevant formal German accounting/tax related qualification
- Fluent German language skills Technical Skills - Computer skills
- MS Excel and MS Word - Intermediate
- Level of Numeracy - Advanced
- Level of Communication Skills - Advanced - both verbally and in writing Person Profile
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
