Finance Manager - Supply Chain/Wholesale
Location Berkshire
Contract - competitive day rate
Currently looking for a talented Finance Manager with Supply Chain/Wholesale background to work for a top UK tech firm on a contract basis.
In this role you will be responsible for 2 direct reports and the following:
- Financial Business Partnership across Supply Chain
- Support Third Party Vendor Reviews
- Timely Month End closure
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Support Audits (Mid-Year, Hard Close & Year End)
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and is part of the Commercial Finance Team partnering the Customer Directorate. You will be the key business partner to the Head of Supply Chain and their team, responsible for the management of all financial planning, reporting, analysis & control across the area, proactively challenging performance, providing relevant insight & supporting commercial decision making. Developing relationships with internal teams and external partners will be key to the role and you will work & negotiate with these stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure delivery vs agreed targets.
Additional information
Ideally will have the following background
- Must be excellent with MS Excel
- Must be confident when interfacing with commercial teams
- Significant background with report writing and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced organisation
