Compensation & Benefit Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- You will oversee compensations, compensation databases and job descriptions
- Also you will be responsible to benchmark compensations and review the annual performance of employees and company goals
- You create sales incentive plans and executive bonuses
- You are responsible for all administrative tasks in Comp&Ben
- If possible, you will also support in payrolling and HR admin tasks
Your qualifications
- You have an education (Bachelors or Masters) and work experience in HR, payrolling, Compensation&Benefit
- Also you are able to work cross functional, mainly in Comp&Ben, but also touch topics which involve payroll and HR Admin
- You talk fluently German and English
- Working in a team is essential for you, but also you are able to work independently and responsible of your own tasks
