Property Surveyor

Currently looking for a talented Regional Property Surveyor to join one of our industry leading clients.
Reporting into the Head of Property, you will be implementing property and planning strategies across the portfolio of network sites in the appropriate region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice and ensure the Planning and Property guidelines are being implemented/adhered to within the team to ensure company, industry and statutory requirements are met
- Manage third party suppliers to undertake professional services such a rent reviews, lease renewals and lease terminations on network property ensuring compliance
- Provide town and country planning guidance to regional teams, managed service suppliers and contractors
- Interface with internal teams and third party suppliers on all property related matters
- Provide first line sign off and approval for new or amended Agreements
- Ensure data held within property databases is kept accurate
- Manage Landlord relationships and exit negotiations
Desirable key skills and experience:
- Experience in Telecoms estate management, acquisition or property
- Background in surveying education - Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and/or educated to degree level
- Experience of Telecoms property portfolios
- Commercial or contract management knowledge
- Understanding of Project financial management
- Understanding of Telecoms legislation, Town and Country Planning
- Ability to manage supplier performance and delivery
