Senior Analysts in the Fund Service Centre
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Duration: Initial 6 months
The Company
My client is a well known Fund Services entity in the Financial Services industry.
About the Role:
As the Senior Analysts you will joining The Fund Service Centre providing a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.
You will be Responsible for
- Answering all customer calls in a timely, efficient, professional and courteous manner and providing excellent customer service to all parties that contact the Fund Service Centre
- Providing information on Register amendments (COA, Mandates, and Transfers etc.), distribution payments and general registration enquiries
- Placing telephone OEIC subscription & redemption deals for our Investors
- Answering written enquiries from Clients/Agents and Investors in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Adhere to all Embedded standards and the FCA regarding call quality and ensure you consistently meet these standards in the delivery of your role
