Description
We are working with a major international bank for a Change Manager (Business Finance Change) to be based in Paris, France on a key programme for Brexit.
You will ideally have a minimum 8+ years in this capacity and experience plus you MUST be fluent in French as well as English. Your background must be from the banking domain and in particular have exposure to credit risk.
Requirement Description:
- Review and assess Finance architecture and processes to identify, suggest and design improvements/changes to the existing set up, with two time horizons
o Early 2019 for Brexit readiness to ensure integration of new products and legal entity structure changes
o End of 2020 for more strategic changes
- Review is to be performed on end to end basis from the interface with the operating systems till all reporting requirements: Financial, Regulatory, MI and ALCM for Local, Group and regulatory needs
- Establish roadmap and planning of these changes, in conjunctions with establishing needs and constraints as well as in convergence with Group roadmap for global system changes
- Coordinate with subject matters experts within Finance functions and with other change managers and business Analysts, in France and globally
- Ensure interface with IT Finance department & Global Change teams to properly articulate proposed changes
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of finance functional architecture in other international universal banking groups
- Strong understanding of needs of Finance functions
- Ability to interact with and lead Business, IT, and Finance representatives at senior level, locally and globally
- Excellent analytical and change management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
