Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Financial Accountant to work for a prestigious property group based in Central London, with operations in some of the worlds most dynamic cities.

To successfully deliver in this position, you will need to:
- Be a qualified accountant/finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA equivalent)
- Be able to work the equivalent of 3 days per week over a 2 month period
- Prepare and post journals, and update cash flow spreadsheets
- Take responsibility for P&L ledger maintenance and the posting of monthly bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts & keep Balance Sheet/P&L reconciliations up-to-date.
- Calculate and post re-occurring prepayments and accruals
- Calculate and raise recharge invoices & raise sales invoices
- Own monthly cash balance reporting to Treasury
