• Ensure the quality-ensured transition from Project or Maintenance to Operations
• Ensure that changes on IT services are carried out in a coordinated way; provision of a quality gateway before putting a new or changed IT service in production; coordinated and quality ensured technical and operational operability; identify and coordinate overall dependencies
• Consistent managing of transition process execution; consistent tracking of transition process execution; quality ensured GoLive decision
Skills (must):
• Transition Management
• ITIL V3
• JIRA
• MS Excel
• MS Project
• Project management
• Communication
• Min. 2-5 years of experience

• SVN (Subversion)
