Responsibilities:
- Recruit new partner to expand channel coverage according to the sales strategy in the territory.
- Coordinate team and leverage partners resource to commit channel sales target.
- Through integrated approaching to improve partner engagements and channel mapping.
- Empower partners product solution and service fulfillment capacity to enhance customers relationships and satisfaction.
- Practicing devising Co-Marketing activities with partners to generate leads, enlarge pipeline and drive sellout
- Execute partner programs and promotion activities in the territory in a result driven manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Technical Related Field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated enterprise or key account management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement.
- Previous solution sales experience, gained within the Videoconference, wireless, high tech or telecom industry
- Confident and effective communicator. Ability to effectively present and influence individuals and groups at all levels
- Ability to translate and communicate key business priorities to support the development and execution of tactical sales programs and activities
- French and English fluent
