We are looking for an
Expert Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Travel organization
  • Time Management
  • Training Management/records management: point of contact for complex inquiries, statistics preparation, electronic and physical filing and documentation
  • Administrative organization of on- and off-boarding in collaboration with line managers, HR and employees
  • Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Keep databases up-to-date
  • Maintenance and ordering of equipment and office supplies
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Support team members in expatriate matters


Your qualifications
  • Excellent language skills, both written and verbal in English and German
  • Excellent MS Office skills, preferably knowledge in SAP and G Suite (Gmail, GCal, GDocs etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external contacts on all hierarchical levels
  • Efficient and independent working style
  • Ability for multitasking and handling of pressure with a positive attitude
  • Solid educational background and profound experience in a similar position in an international environment
