Scrum Master/Agile Coach//Dublin//£550 - £600 per day
6 Month contract
My client are a leading Agile Consultancy, passionate about digital transformation. They are working in Dublin and are looking for a heavy-hitting SCRUM Master/Agile Coach based in Dublin to responsible for guiding their organisation through the Agile journey to ensure delivery of their projects.
You will be working with the leadership team to understand how to improve the delivery processes in-order to achieve a fully Agile culture. You will be developing the Agile strategy to better visualise the delivery pipeline and enable efficiency to maximise work streams.
Required Experience
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team.
- Scrum Master experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Worked as an Agile coach for technical teams
- Helped organisations scale agile
- Scrum Master background
- Building effective and collaborative teams
- Technical understanding of development Managing and leading teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience with project/resource management tools; agile team management tools/information radiators; risk management and software development life cycle/project management; life cycle processes and disciplines.
- Background in risk, change and scope management. This includes experience with agile ceremonies to plan and estimate, map story cards, and establish delivery targets.
- Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
