Description
We are seeking a number of graduate engineers with an appropriate qualification is electronic/electrical engineering to support the system design department on aerospace and vehicle products.
Your role is to analyse aircraft systems and develop simple functionality descriptions which are coded by a software engineer. You will also be involved in the testing of those systems in both stand-alone and integrated modes.
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
* A degree of appropriate qualification in Electronic, Electrical Engineer
* Or appropriate degree for example: Physics, Electronic Engineering or Computing or other engineering disciplines.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* An understanding of software design and development processes is also an advantage, although not essential
This position provides the opportunity to work as part of a team in the design, production and testing of emulation software. Good communication and organisational skills and a disciplined enthusiasm are therefore essential.
Start dates are forecast for February and March 2018. On offer is an 12 month contract - however there is a very good chance for the roles becoming permanent or extended after a period of probation
