My client, a top tier bank, is currently looking for a Senior Commercial Contract Lawyer to work on a high-profile regulatory programme in London.
The Commercial Contract Lawyer will be engaging with Business Subject Matter Experts to write and negotiate Intra Group Agreement (IGA) Service Schedules as part of the Ring Fenced Bank programme which is a regulatory programme separating the investment bank from all other entities.
Experience needed:
- Banking/Insurance experience
- Experience of Legal contract negotiation and drafting is essential
- Experience of working with commercial or internal contracts
