We are currently looking to hire a compliance contractor to work for a top financial services business in Edinburgh. As a compliance contractor, you will be providing FCA compliance advice, solutions and support during a time of change.
Compliance Contractor Responsibilities;
- Provide FCA compliance advice, solutions and support across the business.
- Review new and changing regulatory requirements and trends.
- Ensure good customer outcomes are considered and built into business processes, designs and solutions.
- Raise awareness on regulatory themes and drive appropriate culture.
Compliance Contractor experience/skill set;
- Extensive experience within an FCA compliance environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience within Life & Pensions is essential
- Comfortable working with various senior stakeholders across the business.
- Currently up to date with various regulatory changes in the FS and Life Insurance industry.
- Basic knowledge of risk management, governance and internal audit is desirable
