Description
For a big international client of us in The Hague we are looking for a Scrum Master. This is a contracting opportunity for 6 months with a chance of extension.
If you are looking for a project were you can work in a multicultural environment and you don't mind travelling for work every now and then, this is the perfect role for you. The start will be the beginning of February so if you're currently just finished your previous project this is a great way to be involved quickly with a new one.
We are looking for a Scrum Master that has more than 4 years of recent experience with guiding teams on how to use Scrum practices and values (and how to get the most out of self-organization). We are looking for somebody that has good understanding of iterative software development processes and procedures.
In short you've got:
- Excellent communication skills
- International working experience (preferably in the energy of retail sector)
- Used to different cultures
- Knowledge of Agile approaches like Kanban, Crystal, FDD
- Knowledge of Agile techniques like User Stories, CI, TDD, Automated Testing
