Position Title: Optical Transmission Network Designing and Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Individually making WDM Network Service E2E Design based on pre-defined model for a service order.
- Individually making WDM Network Rack Layout and Fiber Diagram based on HLD.
- (Optional)Operating resource management system NIM/Cramer 4. Query/Manage resources.
- Instructing materials delivery requirement based on the design.
- Communicating with Dutch customers to clarify detailed requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on optical network engineering experience
- Understand of WDM / OTN principles, WDM Network designing rules
- (Optional)Familiar with NIM/Cramer system
- Familiar of optical network standard components, modules, materials
- Have an overview of site cable connection segments.
- Willing to learn and with teamwork spirit
- Able to communicate in Dutch
- Able to operate office software fluently and fast
