Dynamics 365 (CRM) Functional Consultant/Solution Architect
This role is for someone who can interpret Business Requirements of our customers into solution design within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
This is varied role requiring a multi-disciplined set of skills to cover a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Implementation Lifecycle, including
- Design of appropriate Microsoft Dynamics solutions;
- Application Configuration;
- Solution Testing;
- Training.
Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) is key for this role.
You should be excited by technology and eager to keep up with advances available in the product.
A successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills. The ability to solve problems using initiative and research, to be able to identify solutions for given needs is a key requirement. Able to work as an individual or within a team depending on project size and scope.
Product certification is an advantage, although you will be given the opportunity to achieve and continue to gain relevant qualifications.
