Description

My client, one of the leading Telecoms operators in Belgium, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project manager.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of slides for meetings
* Meeting notes
* Advice on projects
* Back up during holiday
* Maintain updates to the integrated programme plan
* Create programme status reports for management
* Risks, Actions, Issues and Decision (RAID) log management - including the review of open issues, risks and change requests and allocation of responsibility for resolution
* Manage the change request log and support the change control process, including preparation for change control board
* Support preparation of Programme SteerCo
* General administrative functions such as meeting planning/room bookings for programme management meetings
* Manage Sharepoint - ensure information relevant to Project Management and/or all team is available in a timely manner
* Support Internal project communications
* Develop programme management document templates as required
* Support in the preparation of programme stage gates
* Capture and distribute meeting minutes for SteerCo and Programme Management weekly meeting
* Support Programme Manager in the creation of formal documented governance (eg PID/quality plan).

Experience and Skills:

* Any relevant experience as a Project Coordinator/support is a plus
* Experience in the Telecommunication sector is a plus
* Speaking both English and Dutch is a must
* You are eager to learn
* You've got great communication skills
* You can work autonomously as well as in a team
