My client is an independent company who stay ahead of their competition, who invest heavily in digital teams and offer a collaborative, warm company culture & come from a strong background in digital platform development.
They are a multinational Digital Agency who have grown organically from a start-up within the last 20 + years. They are looking for an experienced Digital Leader to join them on a 3-month contract basis who comes from a background of worked for Digital Agencies. You will focus on strategic planning and will be heavily involved within their decision making.
Naturally you will be assertive, influential, resilient and be used to working within fast-paced environments. One of your strengths will be quick decision making; You will have the aptitude to motivate and develop a team of 12-13 Senior Project Managers, Developers and Client services personnel through your hands-on leadership.
The workload which you will oversee will be project based. Your previous experience will include managing P+L & profitability, you will have great knowledge of a variety of different sectors including B2B, brand and corporate.
The successful candidate will have a track record of retention and profitable growth of existing accounts and securing new business and increasing client revenues.
