Finance project manager
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Business Project manager to ideally work in Sweden, with 100% allocation to project, The clients base location is Malmö (it's a Sweden wide project), content of project is about transforming work of Support process (finance, HR, indirect procurement) to Global Business Service Centre.
The client needs someone to manage the project (bring/pull things together ) The client has a wide range of support services that need to be brought in house to the service centre etc.
The client has established Global Business Services Center in Bulgaria, and in this project they are transforming work of support process (finance, HR, indirect procurement) from Sweden to Bulgaria
Project content is Finance (order to cash, invoice to pay, record to report) applying new process, ways of working and roles, Basware tool in AP and 2 outsourced providers, HR is about Bulgaria centre as service provider and Indirect procurement about new tool, process, tools and centralized service provider.
In project all functional areas (fina, HR, INP) have their subject matter experts and all sub projects have dedicated project teams, so Project Managers responsibility is to manage all these activities as one project to keep schedule, scope, quality etc. report to project steering of status, keep multiple stakeholders informed and heard, reporting line would be to me as Global Transition programme lead.

I am not sure about amount of travelling, estimate could be 30%.
Remote working from home is also available as the project team will be remote anyway, as Swedish participants from multiple locations and core project team from other countries.
Travel costs need to recognized as part of commercial discussion.
High requirement on fluent communication skills in all possible forms and documented process management.
Ideal consultant will speak English (plus Sedeish) not wewesential and be willing to work in Malmo
