URGENT - Product/Sales Trainer - Temporary 10 months - London
Role: Partner Enablement Manager

Duration: ASAP until EOY 2018
About:
Regionally based product/sales trainer with expertise in + strong knowledge of advertising. Partner Trainers travel to different areas in their region to conduct training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead training classes for a variety of Partners, with a focus on selling advertising solutions and crafting advertising strategies across different advertising products
- Follow up on training requests, and deliver great training experiences to diverse audiences at various skill levels using both instructor-led and virtual delivery modalities.
- Partner with subject matter experts within different organizations including Sales, Operations and Product teams to conduct regular training needs analysis to help improve the training modules
- Learn about and employ Product learning content and Sales methodologies and narratives.
- Create course materials such as instructor guides, cheat sheets and student study guides.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering trainings/facilitating workshops: Strong experience in running sales trainings and/or advertising solutions trainings
- Product knowledge: Strong knowledge of the advertising solutions and value propositions required.
- Industry knowledge preferred (either agency and new-media environment), as well as experience working in a sales environment/selling advertising products.
- Strong and proven interpersonal skills & managing and building relationships, and a good understanding of the online advertising marketplace.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional European languages a strong plus.
