Our client is urgently searching for a Architect with SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management), WM (Warehouse Management), PM (Plaint Maintenance) Integration experience to work on a critical project in Denmark as a contractor.
A successful consultant will have strong skills in:

The role:
The Change Management process is an Enterprise ITSM process within our Customer. The process is established with a process owner working in close collaboration with the IT Change Management team within Operation. The Change Management Process needs to be improved in several areas, f. ex.:
1) Overall Risk and Impact Assessment implementation
2) Introduction of enforcing quality via a Production Gate
3) Modifications to Emergency & Standard flows
4) Ensure operational stability via Change Management
We are looking for a consultant who can assist the Process Owner of Change Management by driving tasks related to these improvements:
1) Manage requirement specifications and stakeholder management
2) Plan and coordinate a test of changes to change management process and tools
3) Test of changes to IT Service Management tool (mainly BMC/Remedy and Report tools)
4) Preparation of training material, work instructions and process documents
5) Conducting surveys, interviews and analysing KPI reports
6) Create communication material and be able to hold online sessions and communicate changes
7) Daily support to Change Requesters and IT Change Managers
What we expect from the consultant:
1) ITIL V3 certified
2) Change Management experience and/or certification
3) Experience from working and navigating in larger corporations
4) A pragmatic personality
5) A driver and communicator
6) Some experience from Remedy Change Module and Test
