Senior Compliance Manager - Nottingham - £550 a day
One of the worlds leading credit risk agencies required a compliance expert to work out of their Nottingham office for an initial 6 month contract.
This is a business critical position responsible for providing regulatory oversight across the organisation's debt business area. You will have a deep understanding of the latest FCA compliance/regulatory requirements and offer expert compliance advice and monitoring to ensure the business is compliant with the FCA and ICO regulatory requirements.
As such applicants must possess the following:
- Extensive experience in Compliance and/or Audit
- Expert of latest FCA/ICO regulatory requirements
- Excellent knowledge of FCA rules such as PRIN, COND, CONC & SYSC
- Proven experience within Consumer Credit
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 1998 & EU General Data Protection Regulations
This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Compliance Manager to secure a senior and challenging position within a global Financial Services organisation.
It must be stressed that only experts in Compliance, regulatory and operational risk will be considered for this position, coupled with knowledge of FCA rules such as PRIN, COND, CONC & SYSC, and knowledge of Consumer Credit. This is an initial 6 month contract based in Nottingham paying £550 a day depending on experience.
