Description
Our client, a top tier investment bank, is looking for a number of Company Secretariats to work on complex minute taking for a large remediation programmme they are running.
The candidates will be involved in taking minutes of high levels of complexity from board and committee meetings. Candidates must be able to quickly digest information, and understand the dialogue so they know what is important to note down and what is not - consequently candidates must have previous banking experience.
The remediation is around commercial lending so candidates with this experience will be a huge preference.
Board meetings can take an hour or even go on for over 2 hours in some cases, so candidates must have experience in working in such environments.
