Global Process Director, Financial Transformation, Project, Process oversight
Major Retail client is looking to appoint a Global Process Director to provide oversight on a major transformation project, giving steer and oversight to process refine.
The process director are responsible for giving oversight and guidance across a broad range of workstreams in this major finance transformation programme. Supporting the Process Owner to bring to life their Global Service Model process, initiating and implementing change to support simplification & continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and implementing global simplification opportunities
- Providing high quality analysis to support strategic decision making, and the ability to communicate outcomes at Executive level
- Engaging and building strong relationships with global stakeholders across the business to ensure the optimal simplification is implemented
- Being a champion of the change, and an advocate of the Service Model philosophy, keeping a broad global perspective whist analysing locally
- Developing full solutions to increase productivity and remove duplication
- Delivering to key milestones and ensuring decisions are made to maintain agree timetables
- Ensuring sustainability of the simplified global operating model within process
- Running complex workshops to map new simpler ways of working
- Preparing high quality executive papers with minimal instruction
- Supporting to map and record the future state of the process architecture using ARIS
