I am currently recruiting for a Contract Analyst/Negotiator, to work for a leading Investment Manager in London. Please find job details below:
Role: Contract Analyst/Negotiator
Rate: Up to £260.00 per day
Location: London
Responsibilities for the Contract Analyst/Negotiator role:
- Support a growing area, in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating investment management agreements and amendments to those agreements together with some related ancillary documents.
- Required to engage with various internal stakeholders across the organisation, to ensure that they are comfortable with the proposed contractual language.
- Work on your own portfolio of business with some guidance and oversight.
- Responsible for providing in depth knowledge of your client's mandates as well as an excellent client focus.
- Accurate drafting, negotiation and co-ordination of contractual documentation
- Facilitation and co-ordination of internal stakeholders involved in the contracting process, ensuring their comments flow through to the contract and requisite approvals are obtained.
- Partnering with the On Boarding Implementation team to take on new clients and manage client change as efficiently as possible.
The Contract Analyst/Negotiator will have:
- Drafting and negotiation experience, if not legally qualified, they should have Investment Management experience
- Experience in an onboarding function within an Asset Management client
- Extensive experience of drafting and negotiating
- Commercial negotiation experience
