Description
Communications Lead required to claim responsibility for internal, external messaging and managing the overall communication strategy for an IT implementation programme:
- Supports the Business Change Lead in the communications activities necessary to support the project
- Lead development, implementation and execution of communications strategy across all channels
- Prepares and manages the communications plan
- Coordinates and participates in the planning of all business engagement activities
- Researches and develops all communications collateral including written materials, newsletters, emails, releases, and website updates
- Develop and maintain stakeholder map and stakeholder management plan
- Supports Directorate Change Leads through engagement and the provision of communications collateral
- Responsibility for the development and management of website, including keeping content up to date and appropriate, making improvements to functionality
- Measures communications effectiveness.
- Review technical communication documents including functional and technical design, and training curriculum
The Communications Lead will have strong experience of working with large scale clients including large consultancies.
