Description
My client is looking for a SAP/ERP Project Manager for a HR Administration System Implementation programme.
They will implement the suite of modules, replacing the existing HR systems across the organisation.
This implementation programme will commence in March 2018, and is expected to continue to Q3 2019.
Alongside the business solution implementation, the programme includes a number of significant IS work streams, including:
- Infrastructure (single sign-on etc.).
- Integration Workstream
- Payroll Implementation
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the project planning
- Deliver the project against the project plan, with concentration on the IS activities
- Maintain project compliance activities
- Liaise with and support the business team
- Support the overall programme delivery
- Co-ordination of the IS delivery activities.
- Good leadership & stakeholder management.
- Liaison/management of sub-contractor deliverables
- Report to overall programme management and delivery manager.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP/ERP Project Manager, ideally with experience in the implementation of a HR Administration systems and associated interfaces and data migration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors solution implementation would be a plus.
