Description
A large commercial bank is looking for complaints handlers to work on a large project tasked with reviewing complex financial complaints in order to assist senior members in recommending outcomes and potential remediations and outcomes.
Required Experience & Skill-set:
- Significant lending and commercial lending experience.
- Direct relationship management experience with small/medium size businesses.
- Substantial knowledge of the lending process and the principles behind it, particularly facility documentation.
- Either from a retail bank, branch background or have worked as Credit Officers or Branch Relationship Managers.
- Relevant Qualifications (ACIB or FCIB are ideal)
- Exceptional presentation skills of analysis and findings to senior members of the team.
