Responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing strategy to achieve the brand business objective by deep insight of product, brand, category and local market environment
- Create media and communication strategies and drive integrated non-media programs
- Work closely with the GTM team to develop the ATL plan and leading execution according to the product roadmap
- Enhance communication with end-consumers and initiate creative marketing campaign to interact with end-consumers
- Plan and manage the PR and Digital events together with PR Manager and Digital Manager
- Manage the marketing team and work closely with current team members
- Manage all marketing budgets and marketing agencies
- Provide coaching and mentoring on a regular basis using organization tools(i.e performance management, succession planning.ect)
Qualifications:
- Years of experience: 8 years or above, In the consumer electronics or FMCG field of advertising, sponsorship, event etc.
- Understand Belgium market and Europe market deeply
- Background knowledge: successful case study, good corporation with agencies, product lifecycle management, etc
- Soft skills: team and project management capabilities
- Language: Have good interpersonal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
- Education: bachelor or above, Professional in Marketing preferred
