My Client, a tier 1 bank, are looking for a Customer Communication Case Handler to work in the complaints team.

The role holder will be responsible for the first stage of receiving a customer complaint about the sale of their fixed rate loan, interest rate hedging product, FX derivatives and enterprise finance Guarantee Loan.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED:

  • Financial Services & banking experience
  • Experience working within a complaints operation
  • Understanding of the FCA principles, COBS, TCF, and a banks regulatory policies and procedures
