Client Relationship Executive - FS Consultancy - Amsterdam - Market Rates

We provide innovative solutions to the Corporate and Transaction Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management communities through our teams of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts/Consultants.

About the Client:

Our Tier 1 Investment banking client requires a Client Relationship Executive to join an Amsterdam based Project team.

This will be a key role with the banks tokenization initiative.

The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, process driven, an excellent communicator and eager to learn and develop within a global bank. The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a programme or portfolio office and be a self-starter who is keen to progress and work hard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the banks Corporate clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Ensuring that the client receives impeccable service throughout the whole tokenization life cycle
  • Working closely with a London based team

Essential Skills

  • Background in customer service would be beneficial
  • Experience tracking/documentation of client details
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, & SharePoint
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
