Client Relationship Manager - Migration - Scotland
Rate: £250-£350
Duration: 6 months (view to extend)

Our Edinburgh based, Financial Services client, urgently require a Client Relationship Manager to come onboard a new establish online migration programme. This is a client engagement position: the role holder will be providing support to clients regarding any issues during the migration process.
Key Skills:
This is a Client Relationship Manager position and the successful candidate will have:
Financial Services experience is essential (Commercial Banking would be a distinct advantage)
Previously held a Client Relationship Manager position - managed specific client issues or queries through to resolution
Project/Change Management experience (Migration and online banking experience would be a distinct advantage)
Delivered courteous and prompt service in a professional manner
Any migration related activity would be preferred
