Description

Supply Chain Manager with profound Supply Chain Management knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Bachelor Degree preferable in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar as well as APICS or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical business along with practical knowledge in Supply Chain Management in a GMP or GDP environment
  • Extensive experience of clinical supply chain planning processes and systems in a matrix environment
  • Know-how of finance, customs and trade compliance as well as regulations, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Managing the delivery of Clinical Trial Material, CTM Supply Planning teams, GMP Quality Assurance and Clinical Quality as well as collaborating with Clinical Operations, Clinical Supplies, Technical Development and CMC Project Managers
  • Supporting and Coordinating quality systems along with shipping of bulk materials from manufacturing CMOs to packaging CMOs, resolution of deviations at packaging CMOs or during transportation of CTM to the depots
  • Requesting of shipment activities to courier companies and implementing Supply Plans according to the Clinical Operations targets
  • Identifying potential supply issues, shortages and mitigating supply chain risks
  • Maintaining the annual transportation budget and Clinical Supplies outsourced activities to the PRA
  • Working under GMP compliance along with fulfilling formats and documentation as well as reporting CTM inventories at all stages, status of study progress to leadership management along with ensuring the forecasts and data reports
