We are looking for a
Supply Chain Manager TKPHJP (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Accountable for the delivery of Clinical Trial Material (CTM)
  • Lead the CTM Supply Planning teams collaborating with Clinical Operations, Clinical Supplies, Technical Development (TDT) or CMC Project Managers, GMP Quality Assurance and Clinical Quality
  • Proactively identify potential supply issues before they arise. Escalate potential supply issues and shortages, mitigating supply chain risks
  • Ensure all forecasts are in agreement (TDT or CMC, enrollment, supplies, procurement and budget)
  • Coordinate and align Supply Plans (forecast, packaging plans and manufacturing plans) with a clear output of allocation plans to meet Clinical Operations targets
  • Report CTM inventories at all stages and ensure data reports are available and accurate
  • Oversee the Clinical Supplies outsourced activities to Pharmaceutical Research Associates (PRA)
  • Liaison and alliance point of contact for PRA
  • Responsible for coordinating shipping of bulk materials from manufacturing CMOs to packaging CMOs, requesting shipment activities to courier companies. Prepare the annual transportation budget
  • 5-10% Travel (which include overnight)


Your qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or international equivalent required in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or suitable discipline, Life Sciences preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of clinical supply chain planning processes and systems
  • Intermediate pharmaceutical business knowledge (several years of experience)
  • First hand experience of clinical supply planning, Proven experience in a matrix environment
  • Capability in Supply Chain Management in a GMP/GDP environment
  • Ability to manage complex projects or products
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain with focus on clinical supplies
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, team player and able to coordinate cross functional team members
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills for Clinical Supply Chain issues
  • Fluent in English
  • APICS or equivalent certification
