One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Change Manager/Project Manager for a PEGA Implementation project.

Description:
Objective of the assignment: ensure channels (mainly retail & customer service) are ready for PEGA implementation Profile researched:
o Looking for a profile senior with a mix between change management & project management (80% of the assignment will be around those 2 assets)
o Senior level would be ideal as the person will have to deal with management
o PEGA tool knowledge is a plus but not compulsory. The person should feel at ease with IT matters even if I'm not looking for a IT profile
o Ideally someone with experience in Telco
