SAP ECC Business Analyst: SAP SD, Procurement, Pharmaceuticals
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation are seeking a Business Analyst in the areas of Sales Deliver and Source. The successful candidate must have experience of SAP ECC with a particular focus on SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
Business requirements management & development
oUtilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques
oDetermine which rRDM approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM SDLC requirement artifacts including use of the baseline framework to map to business process flows
oDocument confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
oExplain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
oApply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participated in compliance activities as required
oPrepare and update traceability Matrix
*Business IT interface
oIs able to apply the baseline framework and context diagram to ensure all potential and external stakeholders are fully identified
oMay be system agnostic and is able to utilize rRDM to fully understand an IT system or systems that the business uses; may specialize as knowledge of specific system deepens.
oIs assigned to work with business and sprint teams to ensure support of agile stay 2-3 sprints ahead of scrum team(s) for IT sprint cycles and ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.
oDocuments User acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
oWrites, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
oImpact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintain systems FAQ in local language
*Program Oversight
oReport mostly on progress of own workstream, has little oversight or responsibility over the other work products
oMay assist and report on user acceptance testing
*Business Process Improvement
oLeverage CPI output for process challenges
oIs able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes
oOutline future state process maps
oIdentify Metrics, build & track dashboards to measure process improvement
