Change Management Program Manager
Tremendous opportunity for a Change Management Program Manager or Project Manager to join a high profile enterprise project.
You will be responsible for managing the change management delivery of the replacement of our mission critical core systems that run our business. You will own change management and be responsible for change management scope, stakeholder management, process documentation, operational readiness, and training. Other responsibilities include communicating status and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across various stakeholders (internal & external to program), ensuring cross functional delivery of change management deliverables, project life cycle (project initiation, execution, delivery to the business), and reporting.
You will be working in an open (no cubes or offices) Agile and collaborative environment that is high energy and very fast paced.
This is a 6 month initial contract with the option to extend longer term (1+ years), based in the Perimeter area. Exciting opportunity to make an impact on a mission critical and high profile project. Opportunity to telecommute one day a week after you get established.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 10+ years as a Program or Project Manager on enterprise and complex projects
- Expert in Change Management and proven track record in Change Management delivery
- Experience with Change Management Scope: Process Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Training, and Operational Readiness
- Excellent project management skills
- Consultative and collaborative personality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
