Enterprise Mobile Device Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 months - can be extended

Our client is the leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in a number of areas, including retail and wholesale fixed-line telephony services, mobile communications services and broadband data and Internet services. They are looking for an Enterprise Mobile Device Engineer.
Speciality:
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
Knowledge of VMWare Airwatch
Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Basic knowledge of Office 365
Mission:
As member of the Office Automation Deployment Engineering team you'll participate in both operational and project related tasks.
Driven by release management or by new business requirements, both the mobile device platform and the mobile devices must be maintained and new features need to be introduced
Typical tasks:
o Implement solutions based on business requirements
o Securing corporate devices
o Configure, maintain and update device settings
o Configure, validate and improve mobile access to corporate content
o Validating and testing new updates/upgrades of the MDM platform (Intune/Airwatch)
o Validating and testing new versions of mobile device OS (iOS/Android)
o Validating and testing new apps in the corporate Appstore
o Maintaining, updating apps in the corporate Appstore
o Decommissioning old apps in the corporate store
o Maintaining Apple DEP devices
o Introducing, maintaining, updating profiles
o Create, modify, update existing reporting
o Create, update and modify documentation
o Incident and problem management: Supporting the L1 and L2 team
Qualifications:
-Team player
-Enterprise Mobility Management engineer
-Good experience with Airwatch and Intune
-Good Experience with iOS and Android
-Verbal and writing skills: English and Dutch or French
