Your tasks:
- Deliver key strategic analytical thinking and insights
- Lead relevant project streams at regional and global level
- Generate insights to identify and leverage key strategic drivers of effectiveness
- Support decision making process and implementation of key initiatives
- Run regular performance reviews with regions and countries
- Drive big streams of key international projects related to the rollout and adoption of new reporting infrastructures, optimization of CRM and extension of BI tools
- Increase team’s capabilities at making analytical based decisions, by enabling self-service reporting for customized analyses
- Act as an advocate to support countries and regions in growing their knowledge of KPIs, planning processes and tools
Your qualifications
- Relevant degree
- Profound work experience in a similar position having worked in consulting, finance or banking
- Successful track record in the Business Insights areas, providing strategic thinking to senior leadership and supporting the decision making process
- Experience leading implementation of key country/international projects related to BI within commercial operations
- Experience creating regular performance review processes, with implementation of CRM systems and rollout to CRM/BI to new products and franchises
- Knowledge of the most popular tools for business intelligence, such as Qliksense, Datameer, SAP Lumira, etc.
- Communicative personality and experienced at advising senior management
- Solid knowledge of CRM and cycle planning tools
