Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their client in Luxembourg.
Following the growth in terms of scope/responsibility and complexity of a Unit, the Head of Unit is responsible for 30+ contracts with different suppliers and related to different framework contracts. In parallel, the unit in charge of contracts administration is reviewing their way of working.
The head of Unit requires assistance to manage those contracts.
- Deep diving in all framework contracts to understand the scope, responsibilities, possibilities and constraints of each parties.
- Monitoring the specific contracts' budget and consumption
- Plan request process (new business, renewal) to ensure that the projects start on-time.
- Managing the ordering process by drafting the Terms of Reference
- Manage relationship with suppliers
The ideal candidate is rigorous, used to read and understand commercial contracts, with experience as an administrative PM/PMO/SDM and English speaker.
