IT Project Manager Senior wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma in a relevant field
- 8+ years' working experience in IT Project Management methodologies and best practices with industry knowledge
- Profound knowledge of IT deployments of enterprise scale along with a track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
- Proficiency in taking ownership for delivery of IT deployments as well as working consultatively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and consulting services including working with offshore development teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Deploying readiness and driving the deployment of new processes as well as for Service modeling and simulations, data cleansing and migration, cutover, training, war room, interim and vendor's ways of working, user access and related deliverables and strategies
- Coordinating all efforts of functions' experts' teams and ensure readiness for go-live
- Defining resourcing needs for deployment team and team structure integration with other project work streams
- Reporting on the status of deliverables and progress against plan
- Monitoring and driving issue resolution, escalating out of line situations and producing report to highlight risks, key decisions and progress
- Managing and taking responsibility for assigned team members and provide knowledge, guidance and consultancy
