Space Planner

Space Planner required for my highly regarded and prestigious banking client in the City of London. Due to a variety of new strategic projects being undertaken my client needs to bolster their space management team with a new experienced planner.
You will need solid experience working within a space planning, moves management and small projects type environment and be highly skilled with AutoCAD - prior experience of Accordant would be helpful as well as experience with any other CAFM systems.
On a day to day basis you will be working within a small project team across the 1/2 million sq ft estate which has over 2000 people and be directly responsible for project managing moves and changes.
