Operational SME/Manager - Financial Services
Based in Milton Keynes a Financial Services Operational SME is required on a contract basis to work on a major FS transformation portfolio.
You would be required to support the scoping and delivery of a redress & remediation programme.
Candidates must have strong experience and understanding of the operational elements of an FS or Banking client.
SME experience around Collections & Recoveries, Credit Risk, Statements or Remediation would be ideal.
You would be required to work with the operational side of the business and support documentation around policy, terms and conditions etc.
Candidates also require some analytical skills. Any previous Business Analysis experience would be a bonus.
Previous experience working as some kind of SME or Team Leader/Manager in an FS Operations environment would be ideal.
This role will offer the opportunity of a long term contract and excellent working environment, including flexible/home working.
