Your tasks:
- As Coordinative Lead and active member of the SIS Tool Support Team, take over maintenance of planning, reporting, resource and time management tools
- 1st level support for all SIS end users (Project Leaders/Managers, Resource Manager, Senior Management)
- Support of PLs in all aspects of the budget-, cost-, resource- and schedule planning
- Ensuring consolidated planning input and support of regular divisional project budget planning
- Driving project related data consistency / quality checks and improvements
- Training and ensuring usage of PPM processes & tools for all relevant SIS organizations
- Providing fact-based project data and ensure consistency
- Ensuring resource structure and actuals reporting
- Administration of the future Divisional Project and Portfolio Management Tool (PRIME)
- Investigate issues / bugs, analyze potential effects on SIS PPM tools and processes
- Manage SIS Resource Structure and maintain SIS Resource Pool
- Manage user authorization / access rights
- Establish an interface to the CPS and RMS PPM Tool Admin Teams
- Enhance, coordinate development, test and implement PPM applications
Your qualifications
- Experience as Project Manager and/or member of a Project Management Support Organisation
- Project Management education/certification
- Excellent process understanding, planning- and organization skills
- Very good communication skills, ability to communicate on all levels of the organization
- Training skills
- Good understanding of financing & controlling processes in a global framework
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Experience with requirements management and software testing
