Client and Colleague Manager - Commercial/Corporate Banking - Regulatory - Business Change - London

A leading U.K. Bank based in London is currently looking for a Communications Manager to join their Commercial Banking Readiness Team.

The role is working as part of a large programme team and is responsible for ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and colleagues arising from all Commercial Banking Change Management projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the client and colleague impacts arising from the change being planned
  • Design & deliver Client Journeys, develop Migration Strategies and treatments to support the Client through the change
  • This specific role involves working with the wider programme to design and deliver impact assessment, client journey and migration requirements.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

  • Understand and determine the impact of change on clients and colleagues, gaining a detailed understanding of the impacts
  • Develop Client and Colleague journeys to support the impact of change
  • Define and recommend the right approaches for the migration activities based on needs of Clients and each impacted business area and population
  • Champion the interest of interested clients and colleagues through the change life cycle
  • An understanding of the Commercial bank is highly desirable
  • Understanding of Trade business would be an advantage
