Description
My client, one of the leading Telecoms operators in Belgium, is currently looking for a Senior Functional Analyst who will be joining a team of Functional Analysts working on the BSS domain.
Responsibilities:
- Functional Analysis: gather requirements, creating user case, user flows, etc.
- Documenting the functional aspects of the solution.
- Describing the impact of the solution on the business.
- Driving the solution processes: aligning the solution with architecture, IT and online domain.
- Make sure technical solution is clear to the vendors.
- Writing functional documentation.
- Project governance, aligning with the PM.
- Organising meeting with stakeholders.
- Work independently to drive the project and getting it through the governance.
Experience:
- Functional Analysis experience (not just Business Analysis)
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive
- Working independently and getting things done
- Technologies: experience with Pega or Netcraker is nice to have
- Telecoms background on the BSS side is a very big plus
- Fluent in English
