Description

I am looking for someone who has held the role of Senior User Researcher(or higher) consistently for at least the last 5 years. The candidate should have a degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or similar field. They must provide evidence of working as part of an Digital team, working in an Agile environment and conducting research to support the successful development of Digital services. I am not looking for candidates who have converted to user research within the last five years.

Establishing two-way communication with programmes at Director-level, to build, communicate, influence and build consensus around our business design. Setting a strong direction and convey a persuasive future vision at all levels of an organisation. Defining the standards, practice and approaches for Business Design. Providing assurance, advice and guidance on Business Design to Programme Directors. Acting as a subject matter expert in the Business Design, providing communication to senior levels where necessary. Leading and delivering specialist briefing material to senior stakeholders as needed. Acting as strong advocate for Business Design at all levels. Building and maintaining a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. Creating a team that is viewed as an exemplar of high quality across the civil service and beyond, making the department an enviable environment to work in.
