Finance Business Partner (Interim)
Butler Rose is working with a leading organisation in South Hampshire to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner to work as a key member of the Change Programme.
The position will work closely with Managers with the Change Project community to assist them to understand the financial implications of business decisions in their areas whilst supporting them produce high quality expense budgets and forecast plans that link in with the overall planning strategy of the organisation. There will be scope to recommend improvements in process and to assist business managers to produce robust business cases.
The successful candidate is likely to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant experience of working within a business change/projects environment. Proven business partnering skills are key as is the ability to influence and mentor. Expense management experience and exposure to working in a regulated environment would both be advantageous.
